The most obvious place to start looking for a luxury limousine rental is the phone book.  The yellow pages include most companies from the smallest operation to the people that take out a full-page ad.  But do not pick a company just because it has the biggest ad in the yellow pages.  Call around and get some quotes and be sure to ask about specials. Even easier than calling is just searching the internet.  Just type your city name and limousine into any search engine and you will get a list of companies.  However, not all companies have an internet presence so keep the phone book with you too. 

Ask friends and relatives if they have any recommendations too.  You never know who or what your friends might know. Be sure to ask how the company charges for waiting time, their policy in case the passenger runs late, how they handle any spills or damage caused by the passenger, and what kind of service guarantees they have. 

Special Services

Depending on the occasion, you may need to rent a luxury limousine with special added services.  Make sure the mini-bar will have your client’s favorite drink and wireless internet.  If you are signing for your kids’ prom limo, make sure the mini-bar will be full of fruit juice instead. 

On wedding days, most people want a luxury limousine with plenty of extras.  Will the service decorate the limo with flowers and streamers or are you allowed to do the decoration yourself?  Ask yourself if it would be a hassle or a joy to slip out during the reception for decorating the limo.  Some companies even offer full wedding day packages with decorations, champagne, white balloons, down to the cans tied to the back bumper.
